Doctilio provides an AI-powered medical transcription service that converts spoken medical dictation into formatted clinical documents. The service is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You agree not to use Doctilio to violate any applicable law or regulation, transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Doctilio and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Doctilio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Your transcription content belongs to you.
Doctilio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Doctilio is a transcription tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the licensed healthcare professional using the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
